Everyone wants a clear complexion , vibrant and youthful skin.So the question that always comes up is ” How can I get clear skin” How can I get that GLOW !! ” There are 3 IMPORTANT actions you need to take in order to achieve CLEAR SKIN !
TIP 1 : DIET !
Your diet plays a major part in skincare. If your body is not getting its nutrients ,your skin definitely isn’t getting what it needs to be clear and healthy. Eating Mc Donalds day and night will not give you that GLOW! Making sure you are throwing vegtables, fruits, nuts and plenty of water in your diet WILL. Lack of nutrients will show in skin causing breakouts, discoloration ,dryness etc.Here are some Fruits and Veggies for Clear Skin.
FOOD FOR CLEAR SKIN
BANANAS : Contain potassium which helps to clear skin and dark circles.
GRAPEFRUIT : Antioxidant, Vitamin A which has healing properties. Vitamin C which renews skin and treats skin pigmentation.
CARROT : Fights wrinkles and improves skin.
SPINACH : Antioxidants reduces wrinkles and strenghten skin tissue and anti inflammatory properties.
ALMONDS : Vitamin E protect from suns damaging rays (acne fighting), Clears out toxins.
